1 Million Square Foot Office Park Coming to Plano Mixed-Use Development
PLANO, TX – Cawley Partners and Rosewood Property Company have announced plans to develop four Class A office buildings, totaling 1 million square feet in Plano. The project will be a part of Rosewood’s $1 billion Heritage Creekside development just west of U.S. Highway 75.
Heritage Creekside, developed by Rosewood Property Company, is a 156-acre mixed-use development near the intersection of Central Expressway and President George Bush Turnpike in central Plano. The development includes The Bridge at Heritage Creekside apartment homes, single-family residences by CB JENI and CambridgeHomes, Flying Fish and Rodeo Goat Icehouse restaurants, and Orangetheory Fitness.
Green Brick Partners is currently developing 95 attached single-family and 18 detached single-family homesites.
Rick Perdue, president, Rosewood Property Company, said he is excited to work with Cawley Partners, calling them “a best-in-class office developer with a great track record.
Bill Cawley and his team are the perfect partners as we add the important office component to this already successful project.”
Phase One of the office development project will include a six-story, 250,000 square foot office building with a fitness center, conference center, rooftop deck, and 4:1000 structured parking.
“Plano remains a hub for corporate activity,” said Bill Cawley, Chairman, and CEO of Cawley Partners. “With the development of Heritage Creekside, we are bringing the first live-work-play environment to the I-90 corridor of Plano. Legacy has garnered much attention the last few years, and we want to bring that excitement and energy to this section of Plano. With its location right off 75 and George Bush, Heritage Creekside has great access with incredible opportunity for growth.”
The offices at Heritage Creekside will be managed and leased by Cawley Partners.
