16-year-old’s body thrown from a car in motion
MESQUITE, TX – Keymydre Palmer Anderson,16 was shot in the chest and thrown out of a moving car on Clay Mathis Road, a few blocks away from his house.
The Police were alerted when a witness saw a male wearing an only a t-shirt and underwear, hanging out of a car window, and then dropped on the street. The vehicle left the scene.
The emergency crews transferred the young man to the hospital, where he died.
“Like did they strip my son, or where are his clothes? When he walked out, he had on a shirt and blue jeans,” mom Shenika Palmer said.
She said that a black Honda Accord visited their house many times, and she saw her son before he left with them.
“I don’t personally know them, but they come to the house regularly,” she said.
It remains unknown if the suspects are teenagers or how many people were in the car.
“They took my son. I haven’t slept. I haven’t eaten,” she cried. “He did not deserve it. See this face? It’s the face you took away from me. I want to know why.”
Officers are trying to gather more information on the vehicle and the suspects, reviewing the doorbell camera videos in the area.
