The two men in the Charger were transported from the Jack in the Box parking lot to Baylor Scott & White Grapevine with serious injuries, police said.
At about 5:30 p.m., police said a man told a DFW Airport police officer the passenger in his car had been shot multiple times. The passenger was taken to the hospital, while the driver was detained for questioning, police said.
Investigators determined the men near the airport were involved in the shooting at the 7-Eleven.
Police said the driver was arrested on a charge of deadly conduct, while the passenger was transported to a local hospital.
One of the men injured in the Charger was released from the hospital and also arrested Tuesday night, police said.
The suspects names were not released Tuesday.
Police officers from Coppell, Frisco, Prosper and Hickory Creek assisted Grapevine in the search.
