PLANO, TX – Due to the impact of the recent winter storm, delivery of COVID-19 vaccines to Allen Fire Department has been delayed. This delay requires AFD to reschedule appointments for 7,500+ Pfizer vaccine recipients due to receive a second shot next week. The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) has assured us that vaccines will be delivered as soon as possible.
