Luxury apartment community Ferro to open in downtown Plano in 2022

PLANO, TX – Ferro, a luxury apartment community, is under construction in downtown Plano. The development, which will be located at 1005 11th St., is a joint venture between Toll Brothers Apartment Living and JD Capital USA.
Toll Brothers Apartment Living spokesperson John M. Piedrahita said leasing for the 379-unit development is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2022. The full community is expected to be completed by summer 2022, Piedrahita said.
