The Dallas Police Department has arrested a 21-year-old man who authorities say was involved in a shooting incident that killed two people

TEXAS – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred right before 3 p.m. Saturday, August 14.
It happened at 12884 Noel Road.
His name is Collie Orrett Ridguard. He called the police and stated that he killed two victims.
The two victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
He was taken arrested and transported to an area hospital for medical evaluation.
Police say when the 21-year old was released from the hospital, he was taken to the Dallas County Jail and charged with Capital Murder.
This incident is still under investigation.
