Collin County suspends vaccine signups; Massimo Galleries opens in Plano and more DFW news
PLANO, TX – Collin County commissioners have decided to pause processing new registrations to the county’s online COVID-19 vaccine waitlist due to an imbalance of available doses and demand for them.
Mattison Avenue Salon Suites & Spa is expected to open later this year at The Shops at Highland Village, 1100 Cottonwood Creek, Ste. 110. A company employee was not able to confirm a specific opening date but said the plan was to open this location in 2021.
Plano
Massimo Galleries opened in December in The Shops at Willow Bend at 6121 W. Park Blvd., Ste. A126, Plano. The store sells a range of home goods, including mattresses, furniture, lighting fixtures and decor.
Stitches opened in downtown Plano with a grand opening celebration Jan. 29. The yarn boutique and lounge, located at 1029 E. 15th St., Plano, offers open knit and class time in its crafting lounge space.
McKinney
Orangetheory Fitness is expected to open by early March at 3625 W. University Drive, Ste. 100, McKinney. The fitness company offers technology-tracked, total-body group workouts designed to boost caloric after-burn and results.
Keller-Roanoke-Northeast Fort Worth
Family dental practice Just for Grins will break ground on a new location in February. The practice serves patients at 681 S. Main St., Ste. 300, in Keller, and will continue working out of that office until the new location, 466 N. Main St., Keller, is finished—likely in 2022.
