Favorite Plano Temptations: Prim & Proper – Visit Plano

PLANO, TX – We continue sharing the stories behind some of our favorite food in our next round of great food temptation videos from some of our favorite places in Plano.

So far, we’ve had a little bit of Brazilian at Bavette Grill located at The Boardwalk at Granite Park and some great Chile Colorado at Mesero in Legacy West; now it’s time for a great burger! Throughout the series, we’ll hear from these tastemakers in our community and discover where their passion comes from. Here on the blog, we’re going to take you behind the scenes every month.

Prim & Proper is unique because it is located inside the retail store Neighborhood Goods at Legacy West. The Goods Burger has a Wagyu beef patty, cooked smash-burger style. Smashing a burger on a griddle locks in the fats and juices; that’s why it’s such a beloved cooking method by burger aficionados.

The Goods Burger is topped with white American cheese, shredded romaine lettuce, a garden tomato slice, pickles, and their secret sauce all sandwiched between a tasty potato bun. Enjoy a single or double patty or even top with an over-easy egg. Tim likes pairing his burger with a glass of Champagne, because why not?!
