Former Plano Mayor Jonas Alton Allman dies, city says

PLANO, TX – Jonas Alton Allman, who served as Plano mayor from 1962-64, died Feb. 5 at the age of 88, according to the city.

The city of Plano will fly a flag at half mast Feb. 24 at the Plano Municipal Center to honor Allman, city spokesperson Steve Stoler said.
