PLANO, TX – Hanukkah is a time for family, friends, joy, and of course, light. It’s also called the Festival of Lights.

We are sharing this list of events taking place in the area and hope your family enjoys eight days of celebrating miracles and connecting to one another.

The Start of Fire’n’Ice Chanukah hosted by Chabad of Plano and Collin County

Date: December 10, 5.30pm

Location: The District at The Shops at Willow Bend, 2045 Dallas Parkway, Plano, TX 75093

Featuring: an ice Menorah and a Fire Show. Free to attend.

Annual Community Chanukah Celebration hosted by Chabad of Frisco

Date: Sunday, December 13, 4.00pm – 5.30pm

Location: The Simpson Plaza at Frisco Square, 8843 Coleman Blvd, Frisco 75034

Featuring: A giant Menorah lighting, Festive Live Music, Drinks, Hot Latkes, Donuts, Childrens Crafts, Dreidals & Chocolate Gelt for Kids, Balloon Artists

It’s an Outdoor Event and socially distanced for safety – so bundle up!

There will be family seated pods and contactless distribution of goody bags and crafts.
