Houston developer plans mixed-use project at former Plano mall
PLANO, TX – Besides the work currently being done at the former Collin Creek Mall, Houston-based Triten Real Estate Partners wants to convert the mostly vacant Plano Market Square Mall into a new mixed-use development. This project would include a 325-unit apartment complex, 16,500 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 177,700 square feet of office space within the 316,000-square-foot mall structure. Additional features of the development would include 150,000 square feet of green space, 15,000 square feet of central open space and a hike and bike trail.
