Plano Police asking for help in identifying suspects in series of mail thefts
PLANO, TX – Plano Police are asking the public for help in solving a series of mail thefts in the city.
In a Facebook post, police released photos of suspects who allegedly stole mail from a townhome complex in the 6500 block of E. Medalist Circle on June 17.
Police said the suspects could be involved in other mail thefts at apartments and condos that took place in mid-June.
The suspects were described as follows:
- Suspect 1: Black Male, 6′0″, wearing light gray shirt and pants, gray baseball hat, white tennis shoes, and a black surgical mask.
- Suspect 2: Black Male, 5′10″ – 6′0″, wearing dark gray baseball hat, long sleeve denim shirt, gray sweatpants, and black and white Nike tennis shoes.
- Suspect 3: Black Male, tattoo on left arm, wearing red hair cap, black tank top, black pants, black and red shoes, and a black surgical mask.
Police say the suspects’ vehicle is a 2017-2020 black on white Jeep Compass Trailhawk edition.
Anyone who can identify or give the location of any of the suspects is asked to Crime Stoppers at 877-373-8477.
Tipsters, who can remain anonymous, may be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest of a person with a felony warrant or leads to a felony arrest and indictment.
