Plans submitted for multiple two-story office buildings off Spring Creek Parkway in Plano

PLANO, TX – A developer plans to construct two new office buildings—one general-purpose and one for medical tenants—on the southern edge of Plano’s Legacy business area.
The development, RLO Haggard Parkwood East, received approval from the Plano Planning and Zoning Commission on April 23 for a preliminary site plan and a concept plan for the two buildings.
