DALLAS, TX – According to the data, RISD is set to receive an initial allocation of about $46.38 million, which equates to two-thirds of its total allocation, and another $23.19 million in the remaining allocation.Two months after it was announced Richardson Police Chief Jimmy Spivey would be retiring, city leadership has decided on his replacement.

Richardson City Manager Dan Johnson announced May 7 that Assistant Chief Gary Tittle will take over as the Richardson Police Department’s next chief on June 1. Spivey’s decision to step down at the end of this month was announced March 9.
