Settlement For Florida Seventh-Day Adventist Fired Over Unavailability on Saturdays

PLANO, TX – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed suit for the plaintiff in West Palm Beach.

Plano, Texas-based Frito-Lay Inc. agreed to pay $50,000 to an employee who was fired because his religious beliefs would not allow work during the Sabbath.
