The Collin County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help finding a 79-year-old man

Collin County, TX – According to the statement, the 79-year-old man drove away from his home Saturday afternoon.
His name is Jerry Smith and he drove away right before 4 p.m.
Authorities say the 79-year-old man shows signs of a cognitive impairment and may need help.
He was last seen driving a silver Chevy Silverado with Texas license plate 1SVWH.
He was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.
