The Denton Police Department has arrested a man for a shooting in the 400 block of Evers Way that left one person injured

Plano, TX – According to the police officials, his name is Noah Burch.
Denton Police Department officers responded to a shooting call in the 400 block of Evers Way.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found a man with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Officers found out that Noah fired multiple rounds at an occupied car in the street.
Noah then shot the male victim twice inside a home.
He is currently in the City of Denton Jail facing one charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and two charges of Deadly Conduct for striking the vehicle and uninvolved residence.
