Richardson tech firm is headed to Plano with pending move

PROVO, TX – A Richardson-based tech firm is poised to relocate its headquarters to Plano.

Enseo Inc. is a 20-year-old company that provides in-room entertainment, high-speed internet access, energy management, room control and employee safety devices to clients including hospitality and education firms.

The company is now based in a building east of U.S. Highway 75 in Richardson.

Enseo plans to move its headquarters to a 43,000-square-foot office space at 2201 10th Street in Plano near Jupiter Road.

The company will move or create 139 jobs at the new headquarters and plans to add $1.3 million in property improvements and $1.35 million in business personal property investment, according to Plano’s economic development department.

Plano’s city council is set to vote to approve $178,840 in economic incentives to support Enseo’s move.

The new location is owned by Kennington Commercial. Jim Graham and Sara Fredricks with Newmark Knight Frank negotiated the lease.
