DALLAS, TX – Vaccinations sites in Dallas and Denton counties will be closed Friday due to the weather, health officials said.

Operations at Dallas County’s mega vaccination clinic at Fair Park will resume as normal on Saturday, the department said in a tweet.

People who were scheduled to get vaccinated on Friday can go back to the site Saturday with their QR code and get a shot, Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins said in a tweet.

Vaccinations at the Potter’s House church will close at 9:45 a.m. Friday. People scheduled for vaccination there Friday can go back Saturday for their shot, the city said.

Dallas County’s vaccine waitlist closed earlier this week. People are now able to book a same-day or next-day appointment for their first dose at Fair Park online or by calling 1-855-466-8639. People 55 and older can get vaccinated at Fair Park without an appointment.

Denton County Public Health announced Thursday that its drive-through would also be closed Friday. People scheduled for vaccination Friday will have their appointments rescheduled for April 20, the department said in a tweet.
